Options

Clicking the link on the left controls the display of the clickable numeric pad. The clickable numeric pad can be used in addition to the keyboard for entering conversion values.

Clicking the link on the left will toggle the display of the "Common" units menu between visible(ON) and hidden(HIDE).

Clicking the link on the left will toggle the display of the "Science" units menu between visible(ON) and hidden(HIDE).

Help

The equivalent values for all units in a category are displayed dynamically as you type your value!

Example: To convert 45.5 miles/hour to all other units
• Pick the Speed group.
• Using either the Keypad or Keyboard, enter 45.5 in the "Value" field.
• Select Miles/Hr
• Fractions are acceptable. Example
  45 1/2

You may change values and select new units at any time.

< and > indicate that to get the actual number, the decimal point must be shifted the direction and number of places indicated.

For example:
1.2345>5 means that the actual value is obtained by shifting the decimal point 5 places to the right, or 123450.
